On https://doemee.emmen.nl you will find a selection of creative courses (5 lessons) and workshops. These are available for residents of the municipalities of Emmen, Coevorden, and Borger-Odoorn. You can inquire with the municipality of Emmen to see if you are eligible.

The Doe Mee webshop is an online store by the municipality of Emmen. If you have been granted a scheme, you can spend an allocated amount here on activities or items.

PGB/WMO:
Since the municipality works with care offices with fixed contracts, which are set until 2025, I have not yet found any possibility for this. I am and will continue to be in regular discussions with care offices and municipalities to bring my Atelier to their attention and explore further possibilities to achieve reimbursement for my lessons via PGB or WMO in the future.

I try as an atelier to take the necessary steps to offer lessons for various target groups and ensure that my students can be compensated where possible. I understand that the possibility of attending these lessons is essential for many, both psychologically and socially.

I advise students to contact their municipality, case manager, or personal counselor if they believe they are entitled to a subsidized spot. Sometimes there are still possibilities through another route or specific track, such as a work experience placement.

YouthFund:
